45 Mexican real estate agents completed TRC Course

After a first success of 20 real estate agents from Mexico at the end of last year, a second enthusiastic group of 45 real estate agents, members of AMPI, Mexico’s real estate agents association, successfully completed the TRC Course offered by World Property club empresarial.

All Mexican agents are doing or are interested in doing international real estate business. They are eager to obtain the Transnational Benchmark Certification because it helps them differentiate themselves from their competition and perform as specialists in foreign transactions. The designation provides the participant with an idea of how to do international reference business, using the available tools and facilitating cross-border transactions. The course offerings were made possible thanks to the agreement signed between the WPBC and AMPI.

The course instructors are experienced real estate education specialists.

AMPI

Currently home to approximately 5,000 members, the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals, AMPI, for its acronym in Spanish, is the leading representative body for real estate professionals in Mexico. AMPI brings together brokers, agents and other professionals associated with the real estate industry throughout Mexico.

mexican residential real estate market

According to the leading statistics portal Statista, Mexico, with 127.6 million inhabitants, is the second most populous Latin American country, second only to Brazil. The State of Mexico alone is home to more people than some European countries such as Holland, Belgium or Portugal. As a result, the county has a thriving residential real estate market, which has contributed approximately six percent of the county’s GDP since 2016. Therefore, with a projected market value of US$60 billion by 2025, it is not surprising that Mexican soil is a fertile place for housing investment.
