In accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, you have certain rights regarding the personal information that we keep about you. 

Users thus have a right of access to personal information concerning them; a right to modify, rectify, delete and erase said information; a right to the portability of personal data in accordance with the regulations in force. The details of these rights and how to exercise them are explained below. These rights only apply to information about you, and we will not be able to respond to requests for the personal information of other people without their consent. 

For any request relating to any of the rights mentioned below, we will ask you to prove your identity in order to be able to follow up. All requests must be clear, precise and justified. You may exercise any of the rights detailed below by contacting us in any of the ways indicated in the  “Contacting Us” section below. 

Most of these rights are subject to limitations and exceptions. If we are unable to comply with a request to exercise your rights, we will tell you the reason in response to your request. 

The person concerned is thus informed that in the event of opposition to the processing or if he transmits erroneous or fanciful data, the services related to the collection of the data cannot be provided, the FNAIM DU GRAND PARIS cannot under any circumstances engage its responsibility as such. In addition, the collection of certain data may be required for regulatory or contractual reasons. The data subject is thus required to provide the requested personal data. 

Permission to access 

You have the right at any time to request a copy of the personal information we keep about you from us by contacting us in any of the ways set out in the “Contacting Us” section below. If we have a legitimate reason and if the GDPR permits, we may refuse such a request for access to your personal information or to certain elements of your request. Any refusal, total or partial, of your request, must be justified, if necessary. 

Right of rectification or supplement 

You have the right to have any personal information that we keep about you corrected, updated or supplemented that is inaccurate, obsolete or incomplete. 

Some of the information concerning you is accessible via your account opened on the Platform and can be directly modified by you.

Right to erasure 

In some cases, you have the right to request that the personal information that we hold about you be erased. This is the case in particular: 

– if our processing is based on your consent, you have exercised your right of withdrawal and there are no other legal reasons for which we can process the information in question; 

– if the information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed. 

  

Right to restriction of processing or to object to processing 

You have the right to limit the use of your personal information in circumstances where you have questioned its accuracy and while we verify its accuracy. 

You also have the right, in certain cases, to object to the processing of your personal information by contacting us in any of the ways indicated in the “Contacting us” section below. This is particularly the case if we are processing your information on the basis of our legitimate interests and there are no compelling legitimate reasons for this processing that outweigh your rights and interests. 

You also have the right to object to the use of your personal information for direct marketing, commercial prospecting. 

  

Right to data portability 

Where the processing of your personal information is based on consent or is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, you have the right to receive personal information that we keep about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can ask us to send this information to you or to send it directly to a third-party company. The aforementioned right only exists with regard to personal information that you have provided to us in the past; and which we process using automated processes. Although we undertake to transmit the information requested in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, we are unable to guarantee technical compatibility with third-party systems and cannot be held responsible for any incompatibility. 

  

Right to withdraw consent 

When our processing of your personal information is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us in any of the ways set out in the “Contacting Us” section below. 

 

Digital right to death 

Article 40-1 of the “Lemaire” law for a digital economy of October 7, 2016 allows you to formulate advance directives on the fate of your personal data in the event of death.
